1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sparr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sparr is a free-to-play trick-taking card game available on Android and iOS. The game allows users to create or join lobbies, play against other users or AI bots, and track game statistics. The App is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sparr. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google, Facebook, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game outcomes
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App outside of intended gameplay
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, game logic, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Sparr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. These ads are provided by third parties and are governed by their own privacy and terms policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
